Steven Kim, Founder and CTO

Since 1998, Kim has been employed in the I.T. sector, holding positions such as webmaster, software engineer, internet marketer and seo consultant, just to name a few. He has worked as a developer with 800.COM, Babcock & Jenkins, Microsoft, Intel and Step Technology. His experience as an SEO consultant for Preferred Ticket gave him great experience in the competitive industry of online ticket sales.

In 1998, Kim established "The Spider's Web", his first independent venture into the field of web design and programming. In 2002, the company changed its name to "Media One". On January 2009, the company refined its name, now going by "Media One Pro".

Prior to his IT career in 1998, Kim worked in Sales and Marketing for companies such as Toyota Motor Sales, Cascade Phillips, and Enterprise. Kim enjoys playing sports, personal training, and playing with his dogs, Hachi and Yumi.

Mike Higgins, Director of Sales

Higgins most recent position prior to founding Events Northwest was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Portland’s 20,000 seat outdoor baseball/soccer and multipurpose venue, PGE Park. Higgins also served as General Manager for the Portland Beavers, triple A baseball team, affiliate of the San Diego Padres. During this four year tenure, Higgins oversaw the successful winning of the exclusive right to negotiate the public private partnership between the city and the parks owners for the re-development of (then) Civic Stadium, in addition he spearheaded the purchase of the triple A baseball franchise and “A League” soccer franchise which were required by the City in the deal. Higgins was also integral in securing the initial sponsorships that backed the City’s revenue bonds that were vital in completing the financing for the renovation. These partnerships included the record breaking naming rights sponsorship with Portland General Electric to rename the stadium, PGE Park.

Prior to his career with the Portland Beavers, Higgins oversaw minor league baseball franchises in the Boston Red Sox, Baltimore Orioles and Philadelphia Phillies minor league organizations. He also served as the chief marketing offical for the popular “Sternwheeler Columbia Gorge” and “Crystal Dolphin” cruise yacht.

Higgins is a proud father of three lovely daughters, Kylie, Madison and Halle.

Madison seeks to learn and know all things website and programming because he believes when he knows everything, it will cause a universal singularity and he will fuse with the internet, allowing him to play computer games for all time against Google. When Madison isn't doing techy nerdy stuff, he's at home playing computer games, singing in his band, or playing with this two cats.

Carrie Tritt offers an expertise in Marketing after working in the University of Phoenix’s marketing department for 3 years.

Brent Coffman, Creative Director

Brent is the latest addition to the team, and heads the newly formed “Creative Services” department. Since earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Oregon State University in 2002, he has held a number of positions in the design and marketing industry. Brent’s obsessions include hitting the slopes at Mount Hood or Bachelor, touring local brew pubs, and supporting OSU Beaver athletics.

Michelle Kaneyasu, Office Management

Michelle has been honing her administrative skills for years, and has since waded in the pools of web development. When she's doing neither of these, she's either raiding Icecrown Citadel on her rogue, or cuddling with her cats.
